Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Faithful Flare! Because all of our canvas wall art is custom printed to order, we operate under a specific set of return guidelines to ensure the best service possible.
### 1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take pride in our product quality, but if your canvas arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the completely wrong item, we will absolutely make it right!
* Please contact us at returns@faithfulflare.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or issue.
* Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement canvas to be printed and shipped to you immediately at no additional cost, or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
### 2. Lost in Transit
If your package tracking has stopped updating and has passed its estimated delivery date, please let us know. All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can open a file and send a replacement.
### 3. Buyer's Remorse & Exchanges
Because each piece of art is made specifically for you when you order, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to "buyer's remorse" or ordering the incorrect size. Please be sure to carefully measure your wall space and double-check your chosen size (e.g., 8x10, 12x16, 24x36) before finalizing checkout.
### 4. Wrong Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs to mail it back out to a corrected address.
