Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
While we utilize local fulfillment hubs to minimize international border crossings, an additional customs or tax fee may occasionally occur depending on your location. These fees are not within our control and are assessed by your local customs office.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: We are so sorry if your item arrived damaged! To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at returns@faithfulflare.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost in Transit: If your package is significantly delayed or tracking has stopped updating, please double-check your shipping address confirmation. If the address is correct and your local post office cannot find it, reach out to us so we can investigate and arrange a solution.
